The location of the hotel was very convenient, with easy access to attractions and transportation. It was close to StAngelo station and within walking distance to the center of the city. The room had amazing decor and the bathroom was modern and clean. The staff were friendly and accommodating, providing excellent service. The breakfast, although located in a separate cafe, was enjoyable and the owners of the hotel were helpful and welcoming.
The lack of signage, making it a bit difficult to find the hotel at first.

The hotel was beautifully decorated with a stylish and clean interior. the staff provided great service, always ready to help. the location was very convenient, close to key attractions and amenities. the room was tidy and well-maintained, providing a comfortable stay. the breakfast served was tasty, with a fantastic cappuccino. the WiFi connection was steady, allowing for easy access to the internet. one of the best hotels I have visited during my travels.
it was difficult to locate the hotel as there was only a small sign next to the entrance.

This hotel in the heart of the charming St Marco district is a true gem. The attention to detail, from the beautifully decorated rooms on the main floor to the modern bathrooms, is impressive. The friendly staff goes above and beyond to make you feel welcomed, and the location, just a 3-minute walk from the water bus stop, makes exploring the city a breeze. Plus, the delicious breakfast with fantastic cappuccino is the perfect way to start your day.

Convenient location with easy access to waterbus station and San Marco square. "Palace-like" atmosphere with a mix of old Venetian style and modern elements. Helpful and friendly staff who provide lots of tips for trips and visits. Excellent air conditioning for relief from hot days in the city. Lower price compared to other comparable places. Charming hotel with 8 rooms and a suite.

This hotel was superbly renovated, keeping its golden age feel. The furnishings were beautiful, including various antique pieces. The location was very convenient, close to everything in the city. The staff was friendly and helpful.
